By enrolling in any course, internship, or program offered by M Space Academy, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
 

3. User Responsibilities
 

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Upload harmful, abusive, or plagiarized content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.
 

4. Intellectual Property
 

All content on the Platform, including course materials, logos, branding, videos, graphics, and text, is the property of M Space Academy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
 

5. User-Generated Content

Students retain ownership of their submitted creative work. However, by submitting content, you grant M Space Academy a non-exclusive right to use such content for academic review, internal documentation, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Payments

All fees must be paid as specified during enrollment. Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to services.

7. Limitation of Liability

M Space Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

10. Restriction on Use and Marketing of Academy Materials

​

Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publishing, modifying, displaying, or using any course materials, training content, branding assets, creative resources, internal documents, or proprietary materials of M Space Academy for personal promotion, commercial use, marketing activities, or public distribution without prior written authorization from M Space Academy.

Any unauthorized use of Academy materials for advertising, promotional campaigns, workshops, training programs, social media content, or commercial gain shall constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action and immediate termination of access to the Platform.
